The Maintenance Coordination Committee (MCC) is formed through collaboration between the Council of Coordinators, Safety and Security Adviser, Technical Advisors, the Maintenance Advisor, along with a chosen representative from each of the seven buildings. The primary purpose of the MCC is to aid and offer guidance to the Executive Council regarding technical issues and to manage various technical aspects linked to the Inter Denominational Christian Church (IDCC). The MCC offers expert insights on routine maintenance tasks and is involved, as needed, in strategic planning for IDCC contracts and project requirements. This involvement aims to enhance the efficient use of resources and contracts.
